Chalmette Church Rebuilding Project Complete...
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

All went well! Praise be to the Lord! God's Pit Crew along with Danville-Riveroak Church of God finished up on this past Saturday morning the project in Louisiana, rebuilding the Chalmette Church.

The evening before some of the church people came over to see the church and they were so amazed! It really blessed the group so much to be a part of what God has begun to do in the Cornerstone Church of God. They sang some praise and worship songs and the spirit of the Lord fell in that sanctuary and they were all weeping and praising the Lord.

Then the church people toured the building and they were so amazed at how things looked. One of the teenagers said, "Wow, we have never had a mirror this big in the bathroom before." She is also the one who helps in the nursery and she was so excited to have rocking chairs in the room and said, "I won't have to sit in the floor anymore and hold the babies." They were so thrilled and so were the volunteer workers with the group! It really makes one appreciate all that we have been blessed with and God's Pit Crew were so grateful to be able to share some blessings to those hurting people in need.

The Cornerstone Church in Chalmette, LA had church this past Sunday and had 62 people in attendance!! Everyone was so excited to hear that good news! This is only short 40 people from what they were running prior to the storm! God is good!
